Job Summary
Manage high-profile, complex programs and events by partnering with Operational Counterparts to ensure success, including Group Reservations, Group Billing, Revenue Management, and Sales & Marketing. Implement Loews Hotels Meetings & Events Standards and Best Practices while participating in Group Room Block Strategy and forecasting. Facilitate training for the department, monitor managers' production, and build Banquet Event Orders, Diagrams, and Group Resumes for operational execution. Advocate for catering productivity, conduct comp set analysis, and adjust pricing strategies based on results. Provide onsite support to in-house groups, serve as backup for the Director in leadership responsibilities, and lead team efforts to drive re-booking and return business.

- Minimum six years progressive Meeting, Event, and/or Catering Sales Management experience
- Full-service hotel environment experience

Desired Qualifications
- Prior large-volume, upper upscale hotel experience
- Certified Meeting Planner Designation
- Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Hotel Operational Systems and Software (ie – Delphi, Cvent, Social Tables, Opera, etc)
