Associate Director of Inpatient Coding (CCS, RHIT, or RHIA cert required) - REMOTE

Supervise multiple specialties in inpatient facility coding with full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and controlling work procedures. Analyze and evaluate departmental policies, develop program goals, and monitor performance through feedback to ensure quality and accreditation compliance. Define qualifications for staff, counsel employees, and recommend personnel actions while preparing annual operating budgets and analyzing variance to drive cost-reduction projects. Coordinate processes across departments, establish quality assurance standards, and resolve complex coding issues within established time frames.
