Job Summary
Coordinate university-wide graduate student outreach and recruitment activities by representing TAMUK at regional events, conducting presentations, campus visits, and webinars. Develop data-informed strategies to identify and enroll graduate students for face-to-face and online programs while analyzing application trends to monitor progress toward enrollment goals. Guide prospective students through admissions and financial aid processes, creating informational materials and dashboards using CRM systems like Slate. Collaborate with academic departments and the Marketing team to refine strategic plans and develop targeted recruitment content for specific populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
- Eight years of related experience with online and face-to-face student recruitment
- Thorough knowledge of graduate recruitment and admissions practices in higher education
- Ability to develop effective recruitment programs and materials, and plan/coordinate group events
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Slate) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report on recruitment and enrollment data
- Ability to multitask, work cooperatively with others, and adapt to changing priorities
- This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends
- This position is security sensitive
- This position will require export-control authorization prior to starting employment
- This position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TAMU policies, regulations, rules and procedures
- All tasks and job responsibilities must be performed safely without injury to self or others in compliance with System and University safety requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ten years of related experience with student recruitment in higher-education, graduate enrollment systems, CRM platforms, and international recruitment
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus
