Job Summary
Oversee daily Financial Aid Office operations, including packaging and awarding federal, state, and institutional aid while ensuring compliance with regulations. Supervise staff and manage the Federal Work-Study program through eligibility determination, payroll processing, and reconciliation. Provide direct counseling to students, families, veterans, and prospective students regarding loan management, debt relief, and financing opportunities. Develop annual operations calendars, produce data reports for internal and regulatory partners, and lead student issue topics across academic advising, summer orientation, and career development partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- three or more years of experience in Financial Aid in higher education
- other closely related work experience
- equivalent combination of education, training and experience

- Previous supervisory experience
