Job Summary
Associate Director of Facilities on-site in Kentucky leads HVAC/MEP teams, coordinates with contractors, oversees preventive maintenance, and manages capital-project initiatives. Requires strong knowledge of electrical systems (120/277/480V), building automation (experience with JCI/Metasys), boiler and HVAC infrastructure, plumbing systems and fixtures, life-safety, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include vendor/contract management, contract negotiations, coordinating with Regional Maintenance Managers and Capital Projects Group, budgeting controls, and overseeing renovations and unit rehabilitations. Requires leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to drive maintenance programs, inspections, and ensure quality standards across building infrastructure and services. Relocation assistance may be available; role may be performed remotely within the United States except Alaska.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years' experience within property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade with major mechanical and plumbing experience
