Job Summary
Lead the university’s digital marketing ecosystem, including web strategy, governance, design and development, to support enrollment, fundraising, and institutional priorities. Own analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting to inform strategy and demonstrate impact; oversee web governance, accessibility, and optimization across digital channels; manage digital advertising investments and audience engagement initiatives; collaborate with campus partners to deliver cohesive, user-centered experiences and consistent branding. Drive conversion and engagement through web design standards, content operations, and marketing technology (including WordPress, Divi, HTML/CSS), while using analytics to continually improve outcomes and report on progress to leadership. Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional coordination to advance the university’s marketing goals and institutional priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (website, social media, email marketing, digital advertising)
- Experience managing web strategy, design, governance, and content operations including website architecture and optimization
- Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress) and related web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Experience with paid digital advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn or similar platforms
- Strong analytics, reporting, and performance measurement skills (Google Analytics, dashboards) and ability to translate data into strategy
- Ability to collaborate with campus partners and manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making
- Experience with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and usability best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, web design, or related field or equivalent experience
