Job Summary
Build long-term philanthropic partnerships that advance the mission and strategic initiatives of Oklahoma State University and the Spears School of Business by securing major gifts through personalized donor engagement and fundraising strategies. Responsibilities include soliciting major gifts of $50,000+, managing a portfolio of 60+ prospects, conducting a minimum of 150 personal visits annually, and completing 10+ major gift solicitations with a closing rate of at least 60%. Collaborate with campus departments to engage donors and assist in donor stewardship and engagement events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- 4-5 years in major gifts or related experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in higher education setting preferred
