Job Summary
Seeking an Associate Director of Development at More Than Words, responsible for engaging donors, managing fundraising efforts, and leading development initiatives. Requires nonprofit fundraising experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Growth-oriented leader with a track record of success in public facing roles
- Experience in project management
- Motivated by the MTW mission and accountable for ambitious goals
- Ability to sit and type at a computer for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move items weighting up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising and event planning
- Strong communicator with planning and follow-through skills
- Ability to support evening and weekend work with advance planning
- Lived experiences similar to the young people served is desirable
