Job Summary
The Associate Director of Development, Major Gifts is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 175 major gift prospects capable of making gifts between $100,000 and $500,000. The role involves conducting at least 120 strategic, face-to-face visits per year, developing tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders and faculty to connect donors with university initiatives. Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional relationship management skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant fundraising experience are required.

- Proven success securing five- and six-figure gifts

- Experience partnering with institutional leadership or faculty
