Job Summary
Develop the overall plan for the center and supervise its implementation in conjunction with the Director of Community Living. Review and evaluate prospective Adult Day and Older Adult individuals, facilitate necessary documentation, and ensure smooth agency admissions. Maintain compliance with funding and licensing entities, oversee staff coverage, and manage budgetary goals through fiscal control and balanced budget submissions. Supervise recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluation of all employees while monitoring compliance with state, county, and Delta policies. Submit required reports to the county, state, and President's office, represent the Division to external agencies and officials, and conduct internal audits. Ensure safety compliance, timely submission of Unusual Incident Reports, and continuous risk analysis to develop corrective plans. Manage digital case files, review community outings, and prepare for licensing and auditing reviews.

- Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively with all constituencies of a diverse community; perform arithmetical calculations
- Ability to use telephone, voice mail, copier, facsimile machine, computer and calculator
- Ability to use acquired knowledge of the problem of individuals living in the community and of resources for successful integration
- Ability to apply prevailing human services ideologies
- Ability to operate vehicles with a valid driver's license in accordance with applicable state laws, insurance provider requirements and company policies and procedures
- A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years' work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities
- An associate's degree or sixty (60) credit hours from an accredited university or college and four (4) years' experience in the supervision of community based programs working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
