Job Summary
Associate Director of Community Impact responsible for guiding organizational strategy, program development, partnerships, and community engagement to advance youth development, arts and culture, workforce readiness, and neighborhood revitalization on Chicago's Northwest Side; lead cross-functional teams, oversee events and initiatives, manage relationships with schools, sponsors, and donors, and support fundraising, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Experience in nonprofit management, community development, education, youth services, arts administration, business operations, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Commitment to serving and strengthening communities on the Northwest Side of Chicago
