Job Summary
Directs, supports, and implements the Extended Day Program for Lower and Middle School as part of the Community Engagement department; designs, manages, and coordinates programming, while generating revenue initiatives to enhance opportunities; hires and supervises after-school staff, conducts staff orientation, and evaluates program needs and purchasing; oversees enrollment, billing, and reporting via online systems; facilitates communication and problem resolution with parents, staff, and students; coordinates program operations with divisions and departments; collaborates with Health Office and HR on campus safety during programming; ensures a safe, engaging environment that respects diverse student backgrounds and needs; maintains alignment with school policies and mission; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- CPR Certification
- Experience supervising staff
- Experience managing and implementing programming
- Proficiency with Google Suites
