Job Summary
The Associate Director of College Relations is responsible for managing leads and nurturing relationships with community colleges, ensuring personalized guidance and support throughout service fulfillment. This role includes overseeing relationships with key institutional stakeholders and collaborating closely with the Marketing and Communications team to enhance outreach strategies. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, particularly in membership management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years related experience, preferably in membership management in the nonprofit association field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a community college setting
- Prior relationship building and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfort with absorbing and interpreting large amounts of data
- Project management skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office 365, MS Excel, and Tableau
