Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision for Behavior Consultant Trainees and Behavior Analyst Trainees, ensuring compliance with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards through mandatory monthly sessions and data-driven oversight. Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming while maintaining a small independent caseload. Facilitate competency evaluations and provide coaching to new Supervising Clinicians and apprentices, partnering with the Director of Clinical Services on case assignment decisions. Lead by example to promote high standards and support center culture through team-building efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- BCTs (Behavior Consultant Trainees)
- BATs (Behavior Analytic Trainees)
