Associate Director of Client Services

Lead, coach, and develop Case Managers, Supervisors, and Administrative staff across multiple Client Services locations while overseeing daily operations and managing departmental budgets. Conduct performance coaching, partner with Human Resources on recruitment and succession planning, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Build relationships with community organizations, represent the agency at outreach events, and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining client-centered approaches and resolving complex client concerns.
