Job Summary
Oversee case management units and equity-focused initiatives for the Regional Center of the East Bay, driving change management and program design to balance community needs. Integrate equity into organizational operations and policies while serving as the subject matter expert on purchase of services, demographics, and culturally competent engagement strategies. Lead the Language Access and Cultural Competency team, develop performance contracts with the Department of Developmental Services, and deliver comprehensive reports to the Board and community partners. Manage program budgets and financial controls, ensuring alignment with equity goals and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of related work experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, with a focus on strategy development, implementation and management
- Master's degree
- 5 years of related work experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, with a focus on strategy development, implementation and management
- At least five years of experience working with or supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, including experience in case management, program development, service equity, or related services
- Experience within California's regional center system
- Previous management experience
