Job Summary
Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for weddings, social events, corporate meetings, conferences, and special occasions. Drive business growth through networking, market visits, referrals, and industry relationships while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to event confirmation. Maximize banquet, catering, food & beverage, and event-related revenue opportunities by maintaining strong awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Manage key accounts and coordinate with operational teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, minimum 8–10 years of experience in hotel catering sales, and proven ability to handle high-value accounts.
