Job Summary
Support day-to-day operations across four outpatient clinics and a medically managed detox facility by developing standardized workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating staffing and resource allocation. Lead operational projects from planning through implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Partner with site leadership to optimize patient flow, assist in expanding behavioral health programs, and provide coaching to program managers and supervisors. Collaborate with medical, clinical, and HR teams to foster continuous quality improvement and organizational growth.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within substance use disorder treatment programs, specifically with the full continuum of outpatient services
- Proven track record of launching new programs (i.e. IOP, PHP, Mental Health)
- Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), Medicaid/OHP requirements, Joint Commission or CARF standards
Desired Qualifications
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
