Job Summary
Conduct recruitment, selection, and yield activities for assigned application pools, optimizing funnel conversion rates and applicant relationships. Manage application pools, design selection procedures including interviews, and oversee strategies for special populations like athletes and transfers. Direct team members through hiring, onboarding, and performance management while serving as the point of contact for administrative partners. Collaborate extensively with academic and administrative colleagues to plan policies, ensure quality assurance, and lead portfolio committees. This role requires extensive local travel, frequent evening work, and occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years industry experience
- 1+ years management/leadership experience
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume and ever-changing environment
- Microsoft Office Suite, effective use of computers and related software
- Positive customer service orientation
- Enrollment Management industry knowledge (specific to student selection & yield)
- Local Travel: Extensive (off-campus & between campuses)
- Overnight Travel: Occasional
- Evening Work: Frequent
- Weekend Work: Occasional
