Job Summary
Plan and execute projects and customer engagements to achieve client objectives, milestones, and program benchmarks at Hill AFB, UT in coordination with Eglin AFB, FL. Supervise Program Managers and Task Leads while managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring team performance meets established customer satisfaction benchmarks. Continuously measure task performance, reporting progress, risks, issues, and variances from benchmarks. Deliver monthly status reports, track costs against budgets, and manage contract execution, funding, and billing obligations. Partner with the Business Development team to capture new business and develop customer profiles. Provide guidance, coaching, and development goals for team members while maintaining healthy management relationships with CORs and division leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen
- Active Secret-level clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of comparable experience within the mission support at Hill AFB, UT and Eglin AFB, FL with a focus on the aviation mission set
- Proven senior management experience in the delivery of technical and management services (Program Management and Operations execution)
- Proven ability to provide timely feedback to employees
- Experience leading portfolios of 100+ employees
- Ability to react quickly in a rapidly changing environment, motivate and manage a team, and support staff
- Ability/experience managing professional personnel in a defense environment
- Ability/experience managing contract execution in a defense environment (hours, vacancies, funding, performance, quality)
- Ability/experience managing contract financial execution/tracking/expenditures in a defense environment
- Ability/experience interfacing regularly with Government clients (Military and Civilian) on all aspects of contract execution
Desired Qualifications
- Working Knowledge/Experience in Foreign Military Sales Programs highly desirable
