Job Summary
Associate Director – National Accounts Agriculture leads relationship management and business development for a portfolio of large, complex agricultural clients across Ontario, working with Senior Directors and internal partners to deliver customized financing solutions and exceptional client coverage. The role focuses on underwriting and executing complex credit structures (including bilateral and syndicated facilities), portfolio monitoring, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering a full suite of financial solutions (lending, treasury, capital markets, and risk management) while ensuring compliance and strong client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
