Job Summary
Lead LV/MV electrical design and sign-off for large-scale projects across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors, directing design teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving digital delivery; act as Discipline Lead for LV systems with responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, client relationships, and business development, while mentoring engineers, coordinating with BIM/face-to-face teams, and leveraging Revit MEP, CDE platforms (ACC, BIM 360), and automation to deliver innovative electrical design solutions including energy metering, EV charging, and ELV/ICT systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
- Extensive experience in building services electrical engineering with LV systems design
- Professional registration (CEng, PE) or national equivalent
- Deep technical knowledge of LV/MV power distribution, protection coordination, emergency power, ELV/ICT systems
- Experience delivering LV electrical design through full lifecycle (concept through construction support)
- Strong project management including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mentoring and coaching experience
- Ability to implement new techniques and drive continuous improvement
