Job Summary
Associate Director, Media Sales lead development of agency and brand relationships, manage and grow a sales pipeline, drive new business and partnerships, collaborate with sales development, strategy, and client services teams on campaign planning and execution, contribute to marketing strategies and product development, attend industry events, and mentor junior team members while leveraging a track record of performance in digital media and ad tech to meet quotas.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media sales
- Proven track record in digital media sales
- Hybrid work environment (NYC office)
- Ability to build and maintain agency and brand relationships
- Strong pipeline development and qualification skills
- Experience collaborating with strategy and client services teams
- Mentoring and leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas
