Associate Director, Media Sales responsible for building relationships with media agencies and brands, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, breaking new business and growing partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and execution, contributing to marketing strategies and product development, attending conferences and industry events, and mentoring new hires and junior team members. Strong emphasis on digital media, advertising technology, meeting quotas, self-starting, organization, urgency, and delivering results.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales
- Hybrid work environment (NYC office)
