Job Summary
Associate Director, Media Sales role in San Francisco focusing on cultivating and maintaining relationships with media agencies and Fortune 500 brands to drive growth. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding quarterly sales quotas, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, identifying and securing new business opportunities, collaborating with sales development, media strategy, and client services teams to plan and execute campaigns, contributing to marketing strategies and product development, attending industry events, and mentoring junior team members. Requires a track record of success in digital media sales with Tier 1 agencies and Fortune 500 brands, strong relationships in the space, and current experience at an adtech company (ideally an SSP). Required Qualifications
- Between 3-7 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong track record of success working with fortune 500 brands and tier 1 agencies
- Strong experience in managed service digital advertising sales
- Strong relationships with Tier 1 digital media agencies/Holding Companies within your territory
- Currently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline and generate leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
