Job Summary
Associate Director, Media Sales in NYC responsible for building relationships with media agencies and brands, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline, breaking new business, and growing partnerships. Collaborates with sales development, media strategy, and client services teams on campaign planning and execution; contributes to marketing strategies and product development; mentors new hires and junior team members; participates in conferences and industry events. Requires 5+ years of experience in digital media sales with a proven track record of strong performance and exceeding quotas. Hybrid work model with NYC office presence three days per week. Compensation includes a salary range of $115,000–$125,000 USD plus generous OTE in the $230,000–$250,000 USD range, along with health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.
