Job Summary
Associate Director, Media Sales in Denver leads high-impact digital media sales initiatives with established agency and Fortune 500 relationships. Cultivates and maintains agency/brand relationships, consistently meets quarterly quotas, builds and manages a robust sales pipeline, identifies and secures new business while expanding existing partnerships, collaborates with sales development, media strategy, and client services to plan and execute campaigns, contributes to marketing strategies and product development, attends industry events, and mentors new hires. Required: 3-7 years in digital media sales with Fortune 500/Tier 1 agency experience, strong managed service digital advertising experience, robust relationships with Tier 1 agencies, currently at an adtech company (preferably with SSP exposure), and a track record of high performance with targets. Compensation includes $110k-$150k base plus commission. Advanced knowledge of digital media landscape and ability to navigate fast-paced environments is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong track record of success working with fortune 500 brands and Tier 1 agencies
- strong experience in managed service digital advertising sales
- strong relationships with Tier 1 digital media agencies/Holding Companies within your territory
- currently working at an adtech company (ideally an SSP)
- compensation: base $110k-$150k + Commission
