Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing buying team responsible for media campaigns across broadcast and audio, including negotiation, optimization, and stewardship; ensure campaigns meet activation and budget goals; train, direct, and mentor buying staff; collaborate with Business Strategy teams to deliver client solutions and drive operational excellence; oversee day-to-day media activation, performance reporting, and vendor relationships; contribute to new business pitches and stay current with marketplace trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in media investment & activation
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
- Capable of handling multiple projects to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation skills & tactics
- Clear communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
- Ability to develop/has developed strong relationships with media vendors
- Ability to collaborate and work successfully with various agency teams
