Job Summary
Mechanical Associate Director to lead delivery across our Technology/Data Centre sector, driving technical delivery for hyperscale and co-location projects in the UK and across EMEA. Lead DC project work streams, manage client relationships and work winning, oversee mechanical design interfaces with clients, and maintain project financial performance. Requires degree qualification and Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with CIBSE or equivalent, with strong leadership, client-facing and communication skills, and a solid track record delivering mechanical projects in data centres or mission-critical environments. Flexible/hybrid work options available across offices, remote locations, or client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE or equivalent institute
- Strong career background in the delivery of Mechanical project work across Data Centres and Mission Critical Environments
- Demonstrable client facing and work winning experience
- Able to demonstrate excellent team leadership and development capability
- Ability to communicate internally and externally through excellent written and verbal skills
- A good financial understanding of projects and the requirements needed to ensure the success of a Project
