Associate Director, Masters Admissions

Manage a master's admissions portfolio with primary authority over application evaluation, including interviewing candidates, reviewing materials, and summarizing assessments. Recruit and evaluate applicants by conducting college visits, attending fairs, delivering information sessions, and counseling prospective students and parents via phone and email. Establish and maintain partnerships with external colleges and universities to build a robust candidate pipeline. Manage regional event programming, alumni outreach, and special handling cases for prospective students. Maintain updated alumni contact records and cultivate new industry contacts. Respond to inquiries while providing a positive experience for all department interactions. Weekend and evening availability is expected throughout the year for application review, travel, and events.
