Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive Standard of Care (SoC) roadmap to position the IBD portfolio as the treatment of choice for healthcare professionals, patients, and payers. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate SoC principles across brand strategies, launch plans, and educational initiatives. Design commercial models and engagement frameworks to accelerate SoC adoption while collaborating with analytics teams to track performance indicators and optimize promotional investments. Lead strategic planning and market-shaping activities aligned with the company's therapeutic vision, working closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs to ensure alignment of narratives and evidence generation plans. Build partnerships with key opinion leaders and professional societies to strengthen visibility and thought leadership at major congresses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business Administration, or related field
- Least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years in commercial leadership roles
- Proven experience in Gastroenterology, Immunology, or related therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated success in launch strategy, market-shaping, or SoC transformation initiatives
- Track record of effective cross-functional leadership in complex, matrixed environments
- Strategic and analytical thinking with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies
- Innovative mindset with a focus on execution and measurable impact
- Fluent in English
