Job Summary

Lead strategic and tactical elements of the oncology brand strategy and marketing plans for Multiple Myeloma, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development. Develop and articulate oncology marketing strategies that are actionable, financially viable, and clinically supported; collaborate with Marketing Directors and business leaders to drive oncology business objectives, patient impact, market share, and brand penetration. Direct and manage projects and external partnerships within the oncology scope, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to next-generation oncology products and experiences throughout the patient journey. Requires a Bachelor's degree with strong hematology/oncology marketing experience and launch success.
