Job Summary
Associate Director, Marketing, International at BridgeBio leads international marketing plans for priority assets, translates scientific data into compelling branded and unbranded narratives, and develops campaigns including disease awareness to improve diagnostic pathways (including genetic testing). Partners with countries to ensure launches, manages campaigns across markets, drives cross-functional collaboration, maintains marketing readiness and regulatory compliance, and oversees budgets and programs across multiple geographies. The role focuses on building and executing high-impact patient/customer engagement programs, keeping a global mindset, and guiding partnerships with external stakeholders and local teams while operating in a hybrid work model in Zug, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or life science
- 7+ years in biotech/pharma marketing or commercial roles
- experience in international marketing across markets
- ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners
- strong understanding of promotional regulations and compliance for healthcare
- ability to translate scientific data into branded/unbranded narratives
- experience with diagnostic pathways and genetic testing programs
- travel readiness (as described: 15-20% travel)
