Job Summary
Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the Center's mission and institutional priorities. Lead campaigns, oversee content development across digital channels and events, and translate academic research into compelling communications. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, alumni, and external partners to strengthen collaboration and visibility. Manage project workflows, vendor coordination, and budget planning while defining KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness. Lead and coach a team of contributors to foster a high-performing, well-being-centered culture. Represent the Center's initiatives internally and externally to drive engagement and impact within the IE ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, brand management, stakeholder engagement, community building, or related areas
- Experience developing strategic marketing and communication plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build alignment across diverse groups
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities
- Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, communication platforms, and engagement analytics
- Collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for well-being, human development, education, and positive social impact
- Full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower
