Job Summary
Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the Center's mission and institutional priorities. Lead marketing campaigns, oversee content development across digital channels, and manage communication calendars to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster integration across schools, alumni relations, and corporate networks. Manage cross-functional projects, vendor agencies, and budget planning while defining KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and impact. Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing and communications professionals to support talent development and high-performance execution.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Strategic Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, brand management, stakeholder engagement, community building, or related areas
- Experience developing strategic marketing and communication plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build alignment across diverse groups
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities
- Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, communication platforms, and engagement analytics
- Collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within higher education, foundations, research institutions, social impact organizations, or purpose-driven environments
