Job Summary

Lead the US Rheumatology Analytics team (supporting either RINVOQ or SKYRIZI) to design, deploy, and operationalize analytic solutions that inform brand strategy and tactics at national and sub-national levels. Develop promotional investment strategies, KPI/ROI measures, and forecasting inputs; analyze cross-brand performance across distribution channels; leverage advanced modeling and machine-learning methods; build and coach a diverse analytics team; collaborate with cross-functional partners and external suppliers to maximize data-driven insights and business impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information; pharma/biotech experience preferred
  • Strong analytical reasoning and business acumen
  • Experience with Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning
  • Hands-on experience with IQVIA/SHS data and multiple analytic domains
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience
