Job Summary
Associate Director, Market Services Solutions at RBC Investor Services leads relationship management and sales opportunities across Market Services offerings (cash, foreign exchange, securities finance) for large institutional clients. Responsibilities include maintaining executive-level connections, evaluating market developments and regulatory changes, identifying revenue growth and cost-saving opportunities, presenting market insights to senior management, developing market-facing presentations, collaborating with product management and trading teams to solution client needs, negotiating pricing and legal agreements, and driving cross-functional capability to deliver OneRBC value. Preferred qualifications include a university degree, 5-7 years of client-facing relationship-management experience with large financial institutions, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trusted client relationships, English/French bilingualism, and CFA certification.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (or equivalent)
- 5-7 years of relevant client facing experience and a demonstrated track record in a relationship management/sales capacity with large/complex Canadian and global financial institutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create trusted relationships with clients, prospects and centres of influence
- Bilingualism (English and French)
