Job Summary
Develop and oversee execution of assigned portions of the Global and US market research plan within the HIV therapeutic area, framing critical business questions and managing research processes to deliver actionable insights on customers and competitors. Lead execution of primary and secondary data studies, including budget management, vendor selection, and compliance, while leveraging AI-enabled methodologies like synthetic respondents and digital personas to accelerate insight generation. Proactively partner with cross-functional teams in pricing, access, sales, and marketing to integrate findings into launch and post-launch activities, ensuring strategic alignment and influencing decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing market research and analytics
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Working knowledge of secondary data, analytics and epidemiology data sources
- Proven ability to synthesize data and research outputs into compelling, actionable insights
- Strategic consulting mindset
- Ability to quickly establish trust, build credibility, and influence effective partnerships across multiple stakeholders and team members
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to build expertise in current and emerging market research approaches
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from marketing partners, commercial stakeholders, and extended team members in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- MBA, MS, MPH or other advanced degree in relevant discipline
- Prior experience may include market research, analytics, sales, forecasting, access and pricing, marketing or competitive intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and objectively
- Ability to motivate without authority
- Ability to support transformation, manage change, and promote adoption of new tools, capabilities and ways of working
- AI fluency and experience applying responsible, compliant AI-enabled market research and analytics capabilities to accelerate insight generation and enhance decision-making
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools/apps and basic understanding of prompt engineering
- Experience supporting launch excellence, early commercial development, and/or lifecycle planning
- Familiarity with marketing strategy development
