Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and execution of market access strategies for high-cost specialty medicines across Argentina, ensuring patient access and sustainable reimbursement at provincial and national levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Policy) to drive value-based access, negotiate with governmental agencies, patient organizations, insurers, and other stakeholders to secure coverage and access, and represent the company to government bodies and health entities. Travel at least 15% of time. Develop value propositions and access models with medical, regulatory, and commercial areas; identify opportunities, risks, and barriers in health and policy environments; monitor market access dynamics and translate insights into actionable plans; prepare executive reports on results, projections, and action plans for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Health Sciences, Economics, Administration or related fields
- 5+ years in Access or Institutional Relations in pharmaceutical industry (preferably in women's health)
- Experience in public health tenders in health sector
- In-depth knowledge of the Argentine health system, coverage, reimbursement and negotiation with Governments, payers, associations and unions
- 3+ years leading a team with 2 direct reports (excluding contractors, interns, or outsourced staff)
- Advanced English for business conversations
