Job Summary
Structure and oversee high-value loan syndicates for public and large private corporate clients, leading deal structuring, credit approvals, and negotiations to meet client needs and bank objectives. Drive revenue generation by implementing cross-selling initiatives, managing client portfolios, and identifying share-of-wallet opportunities to exceed return-on-equity thresholds. Provide strategic advisory on complex credit transactions, including pricing, terms, and collateral, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks. Represent the bank at industry forums to leverage market insights and align strategies with emerging business goals. Deliver performance reports and market trend analysis to leadership to inform corporate strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics
- Business Administration, Finance and Accounting
- Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards
