Associate Director

Lead and manage a local team of Bridge engineering professionals and drive business development for professional services contracts. Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term resource planning; provide design input and oversee the delivery of structural aspects of projects; manage medium to large projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets; communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; mentor junior team members; and assist with PSDP duties. Suitable candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience in bridge design, inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation, proficiency in Eurocodes and structural analysis software (MIDAS Civil or LUSAS), and a track record of delivering high-quality services to clients in both public and private sectors. Ireland and/or UK experience is required, with Chartered status or equivalent, and prior staff management experience.
