Job Summary
Associate Director role in Guidehouse Life Sciences Global Market Access leads pricing, reimbursement, and commercialization strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic clients. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day consulting staff, delivering global pricing and access projects (EU, APAC, LATAM), supporting development and review of deliverables, facilitating client presentations, contributing to business development, and shaping payer strategy with evidence generation. Travel up to ~20% is required. Requires BA/BS and 6+ years of healthcare industry experience in market access/reimbursement/pricing/health economics, plus 2-3+ years of managing project teams. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study
- 6+ years of prior work experience in the healthcare industry; experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, and/or health economics is required, with transferrable management consulting experience
- 2-3+ years' experience managing the activities of a project team including workplan, staffing, deadlines scope and budget
- Demonstrated success supervising, coaching and mentoring more junior level staff and ownership and guidance of their career development
- Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time
