Job Summary
Teach weekly language arts classes using the AoPS curriculum while actively engaging students and managing the classroom. Partner with the Campus Director on hiring and training part-time staff, and assist with administrative, logistical, and customer service operations. Support enrollment and sales by meeting prospective families to assess academic ability and explain program benefits. Counsel current students and families as needed, and help design campus community activities to build culture and support retention. Work evenings and weekends during the academic year with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule in summer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience
- Strong content knowledge in their subject area
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
