Job Summary
Lead and manage complex financial services engagements, overseeing a team of 200+ people to deliver objectives for onshore and offshore stakeholders across asset and liability sides. Maintain day-to-day client relationships, prepare contractual service reviews, and ensure service levels meet productivity and quality standards while protecting client interests through regulatory compliance. Build strong networks with senior onshore leaders and KGS management, drive operational excellence via process improvements, and manage operational budgets within delegated authority limits. Transition projects from setup to business-as-usual modes, manage team growth and development, and report risks proactively to leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated track record of having successfully led large teams in an operation environment
- good people management skills and experience
- ability to engage and communicate with onshore stakeholders, engagement teams and KGS Management
- ability to proactively build and maintain internal networks
- ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Having sound knowledge and experience on KYC CDD review/refresh and new client onboarding for individual and institutional clients is preferred
- Master's degree preferred
