Job Summary
Associate Director, Hospital Key Accounts Manager – Neuroscience (COBENFY) in Kansas City. Lead enterprise account strategy, access, and adoption across complex health systems and IDNs; own and execute integrated, cross-functional account plans; drive formulary access, P&T strategies, and EMR/EHR integration; build and sustain relationships with executive stakeholders (C-suite, pharmacy, finance, clinical leadership); travel extensively in a field-based role to enable field engagement and account execution; collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Health IT to ensure alignment and outcomes; focus on improving patient access and outcomes within Neuroscience therapeutic areas.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or health system environments, with a strong focus on hospital and IDN engagement
- Demonstrated expertise in U.S. healthcare systems, including provider, payer, and integrated delivery network dynamics
- Deep knowledge of market access and health system strategy, including formulary management, P&T processes, reimbursement models, pathways and protocol development, and EMR/EHR integration
- Proven track record of driving business growth, access, and adoption through effective account management, strategic execution, and consistently delivering against performance objectives
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite, pharmacy, finance, and clinical leadership
- Experience in psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, or related therapeutic areas preferred; prior experience in sales, market access, or marketing roles strongly desired
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively in a field-based role
