Job Summary
Lead IT technology for Lilly Concord manufacturing site, overseeing IT delivery for QC systems (LabVantage, Moda, Empower) and driving AI analytics and regulatory-compliant digital deployments. Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy for a greenfield, digitally-native manufacturing site; ensure availability, reliability, and performance of Lilly’s Technology at Lilly MQ systems; manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans; ensure FDA/GMP compliance and cybersecurity; build and lead a high-performing IT team, guiding cross-functional collaboration and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience in a GMP-regulated industry
- Experience with IT audits, compliance assessments, and remediation activities, including addressing findings and implementing corrective actions
