Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product launches and coordinate design transfer to serial production in collaboration with ISC Engineering. Translate product designs into scalable, manufacturable solutions and execute industrialization strategies including capacity and equipment needs to ensure timely launch. Own launch timing milestones, vertical start-up, risks, and deliverables in close collaboration with ISC Manufacturing and ISC Engineering teams. Assess and validate capacity, tooling, equipment, and supplier readiness while coordinating make/buy decisions and supporting supplier selection and qualification. Identify and mitigate technical, industrial, and supply chain risks by coordinating Process FMEA and leading risk reviews. Prepare and present project status, risks, and decisions to leadership, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years' experience in project management, industrialization, and new product launches
- Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, packaging, industrials)
- Strong Lean & Six Sigma continuous improvement mindset
- End‐to‐end project leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to translate technical development into industrial execution
- Ability to operate in agile and 'startup-like' environment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning
- Risk‐based thinking and decision‐making under ambiguity
- Structured, hands‐on, ownership and results‐oriented mindset
- Strong ability to influence without authority
