Job Summary
Model the impact of proposed transactions, business initiatives, and legislative changes on the Company's effective tax rate. Assist with dividend planning, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and global tax transparency filings including Pillar Two and GIR. Prepare and review US international tax compliance forms (Forms 5471, 8858, 8992, etc.), perform Subpart F, GILTI, and foreign tax credit computations, and respond to IRS examinations. Review ASC 740 tax accounting provisions and implement automated processes to improve efficiency. Collaborate across tax, finance, treasury, and legal functions to drive complex tax projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant international tax experience
- U.S. international tax compliance experience
- Tax provision experience
- Planning experience
- Reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules
- Subpart F knowledge
- GILTI knowledge
- FDII knowledge
- Foreign tax credits (FTC) knowledge
- Earnings and profits (E&P) calculations knowledge
- Strong understanding of ASC 740
- International tax accounting knowledge
- Uncertain tax positions knowledge
- Ability to take ownership of complex tax issues
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across tax, finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and business functions
- Deep working knowledge of Corptax International
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience leveraging technology and automation tools
- Experience with Alteryx
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Power Query
- Experience with data analytics solutions
- Valid Driving License
