Job Summary
Associate Director, Integrated Planning & Strategy responsible for steering the strategic direction of large accounts by designing how brands show up across the consumer ecosystem, integrating paid/owned/earned/shared touchpoints, and translating data into cohesive, full-funnel experiences. Lead cross-functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Media, Data, Technology) to deliver experience-led solutions, shape senior stakeholder decisions, and drive holistic measurement that connects exposure to outcomes. Drive new business and thought leadership with a differentiated vision for integrated strategy and connections planning, mentor a team of strategists, and partner with clients as a strategic growth advisor to identify opportunity space beyond media.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning
- Experience in "Connections Planning" or Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)
- Expert-level proficiency with media research and audience profiling tools (GWI, MRI, ComScore, Pathmatics)
- Demonstrated success in managing 360-degree sponsorship or tentpole campaign planning
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior clients and navigate multi-agency environments
- A data-driven mindset paired with creative intuition
- Proven experience in managing and growing direct reports, building a culture of excellence and curiosity
