Job Summary
Oversee and drive in-home sales in a defined geographic area by supervising and developing sales and support staff. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, disciplining, and contributing to decision-making regarding subordinate employees; ensure licensure, permits, documentation, and fleet-vehicle management compliance. Collaborate with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans. Strong emphasis on direct sales, customer needs, and leadership in a high-performance team environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3-5 years of customer-facing sales experience, and 3-5 years of management experience (preferred).
